A quick intro… I’ve been fortunate to have designed and delivered skills workshops to thousands of people leaders in 40 countries across Europe, the Americas and Asia. My professional and industry experience includes:
- Leading professional skills design and implementation for KPMG in 144 countries.
- Designing the CEDAR™ feedback model, now being used worldwide.
- Leading over 300 ‘train the trainer’ workshops worldwide, enabling local L&D teams to build their skills and facilitate programmes in their own language.
- Delivering at 2025 HR Vision conference ‘Building a great feedback culture through 1:1 conversations’
- Delivering the CIPD Performance Management Workshop 2019 and chairing the CIPD Performance Mgmt Conference 2014.
- Supporting the development of ISO30442, the international standard for performance management.
